An artist portrait directed by Amanda Demme, exploring Federico Cartas’s process and the personal history behind Tinta Viva.
Cartas brings ink, his own blood, and explosive force into works on paper, allowing chance and physical transformation to shape the image. Demme’s film interprets the story behind that process. Editing and sound design by Jeremiah Mayhew.
